FSM Intervention CSR Support – Shine Resunga

The FSM Intervention Support at Shree Balsudhar Basic School (Dakchinkali-04), showcased Social Lab’s commitment to transforming financial literacy and student behavior through experiential learning. With meaningful support from Shine Resunga Development Bank, students from grades 3–7 participated in a simulated marketplace where they could earn, save, spend, and deposit FSM tokens—the classroom currency linked to positive behavior, discipline, and academic engagement.

The event served as a practical platform for young learners from semi-remote communities to understand value exchange, budgeting, saving, and rational buying choices, while strengthening their motivation to attend school regularly and engage actively in class.
