FSMRC – Books for Change

Our first Financial Stimulation Model (FSM) as a standalone project was initiated at Shree Satkanya Basic School in Bagmati Rural Municipality, one of Lalitpur’s most underserved regions. With support from Books for Change Switzerland, Social Lab transformed classrooms into vibrant learning spaces where financial literacy, behavior reinforcement, and student motivation thrive.

FSM has been pivotal in addressing long-standing issues—corporal punishment, low engagement, poor financial literacy, and irregular attendance—through a structured token economy.
