With over nine years of experience in humanitarian project management and more than five years as a social entrepreneur, Ajit brings a broad and impactful skill set. His expertise spans policy development, innovation, environmental and social governance, and other initiatives dedicated to advancing human well-being.

Kushal Achhami
Kushal Achhami is the Co-founder and Head of Business Development at Social Lab. He did his Master’s in Development Studies from Kathmandu University School of Arts. A seasoned social entrepreneur, he brings over nine years of professional experience at the intersection of humanitarian work and business development. Kushal plays a key role in scaling the organization by leading efforts in resource mobilization, business model innovation, financial forecasting, and strategic growth planning.

Namgyal Ghale serves as the Project Lead at Social Lab. With over seven years of professional experience in humanitarian and social development sectors, he brings strong critical thinking, grassroots innovation, strategic planning, and team leadership skills. A passionate development professional, Namgyal has worked extensively in community building, project management, and innovative education across diverse, multicultural environments. He holds academic qualifications in Social Sciences and Development Studies

Nirash excels in event and project management—from program design to team coordination—driving initiatives that foster meaningful change and promote sustainable community development.

Achhata Shakya
Achhata Shakya is the Social Media Executive at Social Lab. She contributes both on-camera and behind the scenes through content creation, strategy development, and social media management, helping strengthen the organization’s branding and outreach. Achhata is skilled in storytelling, visual presentation, and drafting compelling content that enhances Social Lab’s digital presence and community engagement.

With several years of professional experience both as a studio musician and live musician, Ajit is a compassionate individual with a heart to bring hope and energy in the lives of impoverished communities.
